Tom has enjoyed expressing mself through artowrk since his early childhood in Columbus, Ohio.  He began painting in high school, where he was strongly influenced by a teacher who helpe him appreciate and develop his artistic talent.  Tom attended the Columbus College of Art & Design to further his study of art and refine the technique that allows him to capture the beauty and spirit of the American landscape.

Tom's paintings are featured in private collections around the country.  In 1995, he founded Coquina HarbourArtworks and began publishing his work to a growing audience.

He has been described by Alan Blondin, golf editor for the Sun News, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as thepreeminent artist of the Grand Strand's golf landscape.
