Tracy was born and raised in upstate New York, relocating to South Carolina 20 years ago.  Although still very much employed in accounting and finance with lmited spare time, she was determined to fulfill her desire by seeking instruction in painting from Jim Horton.  "Through Jim's instructions and guidance I have found true joy in painting.  Painting for me is a way of escaping from the day to day hustle and bustle and provides a great feeling of accomplishment".

Tracy enjoys painting any subject matter, exploring with color, lighting, shadow and various techniques to express her self in the medim of oil.
